There is only one living and true God, a spiritual and personal Being who is all-loving, all-just, all-wise and all-powerful. God reveals Himself as the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, three equal, distinct but inseparable persons.
The Father is the creator, ruler and preserver of all things.
Jesus Christ is the Son of God, co-equal with the Father. Through His sinless life, sacrifice on the cross, resurrection and ascension He serves as the only bridge between God and people.
The Holy Spirit:
The Holy Spirit is equal with the Father and the Son as God. He lives in all Christians from the moment of salvation, providing them with power for living and guidance in doing what is right.
The Bible is God’s Word for all, written by mankind but supernaturally inspired by God’s Spirit. It is the supreme source of truth for Christian beliefs and living.
Forgiveness and Salvation
Forgiveness cannot be earned through good works, self-improvement, or religious ceremony. Salvation is God’s gift for all people who repent of their sins and trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Salvation brings forgiveness, freedom and adoption into God’s family.
The church is a worldwide community of believers living under the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Each local church is a fellowship of believers brought together by the Spirit of God to carry Christ’s mission in the world.
